India-UAE Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement is a bilateral trade agreement signed in 2022.
It Covers a broad spectrum:
Trade in Goods, Services, Rules of Origin, Technical Barriers to Trade(TBT), Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS)measures, Dispute Settlement, Customs Procedures, Pharmaceuticals, Government Procurement, Intellectual Property Rights(IPR), Investment, Digital Trade, and Cooperation in other Areas.
UAE provides preferential market access to over 97% of its tariff lines and India offers preferential access to the UAE on over 90% of its tariff lines.
