Favouritism: Favouritism can be seen in awarding contracts, hiring in jobs, promotion etc. In the long run, it is not advisable for both private and govt institutions as it undermine meritocracy.
Data Privacy and Security: Both private and government institutions have the ethical responsibility of safeguarding privacy rights, obtaining informed consent, and ensuring data security
Concern about the reputation of the Organisation: Public trust is inevitable for the efficient working of both private and government institutions. Hence, they tend to cover up the lapses to save the name of the institution.
Sexual Harassment at work place: Ineffective implementation of Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment Act (2013) is seen in both private and government institutions.
